Artwork Guidelines

Bleed - We recommend a minimum of 1.5mm bleed (3mm recommended) on all sides to ensure that your Plastic Cards do not suffer from any border issues during the print process.

Colour Mode - Use CMYK colour mode for printing. Files can be in RGB, but will be converted.

 Consistency - Maintain brand consistency in your design.

Contact Information - Ensure contact information is clearly visible on the card.

 Corner Radius - Do not apply corner radius to your artwork.

Embed Images - Ensure all images are embedded within the document.

Microsoft Publisher - If you are using Publisher for your design the pre-built template is Built-In --> Business Cards --> European Size. This file size is in the correct format and sizing.

 Preferred Format - Use vector formats like PDF (preferred), or formats like JPG.

 Resolution - Ensure a minimal resolution of 300 DPI.

 Safe Zone - Keep all important elements, such as logos and text, at least 3mm to 4mm away from the final card edge. 

Standard Size - A standard credit card is 85.6mm x 54 mm. 

 As a responsible printing company, we strictly adhere to legal and ethical standards. We do not reproduce or replicate any officially issued documents, including but not limited to:

• National ID cards
• Driver’s licenses
• Passports
• Government-issued permits or certificates
