Returns & Refunds

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us so we can resolve any problem in the best way possible, whether that be a refund or replacement.

If you still wish to return your order you must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Products returned must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging (if appropriate).

Please note that due to consumer laws and regulations, customised products cannot be returned, unless certain criteria apply.
