Last updated: 24 August 2026. Every order is printed and dispatched from southern Scotland via Royal Mail. Because each order is printed to your approved proof, delivery estimates below start from the moment you approve your proof — not from when you place your order.

How Delivery Times Work (Proof Approval)
Your cards are printed once we approve your digital proof. Orders are dispatched every working day — usually the next working day after proof approval. Need it faster? Same-day dispatch is available by agreement — contact us before ordering.

Orders approved on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. We don't ship internationally, but if you're outside the UK and interested in our printing, get in touch and we'll let you know if that changes.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, first check any Royal Mail card left at your address. Still missing? Email us and we'll investigate with Royal Mail straight away — orders confirmed lost are reprinted and resent or refunded in full.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days from proof approval via Royal Mail 48. Express takes 1–3 working days via Royal Mail 24.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £10 or more (£2.50 for orders under £10). Express delivery is a flat £10.
When will my order be dispatched?
Usually the next working day after you approve your proof. Same-day dispatch is available by agreement.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment — we deliver to UK addresses only.
