Customer Service
Our commitment to you...
Ordering & Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 1–2 working days. This timeframe is calculated from the date that the print proofs are approved. Larger orders may require additional time, but we can discuss this with you before you place your order.
Yes, most certainly. Our pricing is focused on delivering discounts based on the number of cards required in each order. Please note that cards within an order do not all need to be the same to qualify for these discounts. Please follow the link below for more information.
We understand that circumstances can change, and you can cancel your order at any time prior to production. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity so that we can process your cancellation request.
Our standard delivery rate is £2.50 for smaller orders. Orders over £10 qualify for free delivery. Express delivery is available for £10 on all orders. Please follow the link below for full details of the services we offer.
SHIPPING SERVICES
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible, and in any case before you receive your completion email.
When your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on the delivery service used, we can also provide a tracking number.
Products & Supplies
All of our custom printed plastic cards are made to the same size as a standard bank card — the credit card-sized format used for ID cards, membership cards, and loyalty cards across the UK (85.6mm x 54mm, ISO ID-1 standard). This familiar size fits neatly into wallets, purses, and standard card holders or lanyards, making it ideal for staff ID cards, loyalty schemes, membership cards, and more.
Yes — we can punch a hole or slot into your custom printed cards so they're ready to attach to a lanyard or clip straight away. Just let us know when you place your order and we'll take care of the rest — no need to punch the cards yourself once they arrive.
If you'd rather keep the card intact, our plain and printed lanyards and ID card holders are a simple alternative for wearing your cards without punching them.
Yes! Alongside our custom printed cards, we stock a full range of ID card holders and lanyards to keep your cards safe, visible, and easy to wear — everything from rigid plastic holders to soft vinyl options, in both portrait and landscape formats, single or double-sided. Whether you need a simple clip-on holder for a lanyard or a more durable case for daily use, we've got you covered as part of our one-stop shop for all your ID and card printing needs.
Yes, magnetic strip cards are something we can help with — but because this is a more specialised option, please message us first to discuss your requirements before ordering. Get in touch and our team will talk you through the details so we can get your magnetic strip cards set up exactly right for your needs.
Yes, we sell access control cards and can print your custom design onto them. Browse our full range of plastic access control cards to find the right solution for your business's security needs, whether that's for staff access, visitor management, or restricted areas. As with our other custom cards, your logo, branding, and design can be printed to a high-quality, durable finish.
Absolutely. We have access to a wide variety of card stock and printing options to cover most requirements, and if there's something specific you need that you don't see listed on our site, we can often source additional items too. Just contact us with the details of what you're after, and our team will let you know what's possible.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Yes — once you've ordered with us, we can keep your artwork on file, making it quick and easy to reorder the same card design in future without needing to resubmit your files each time. Just get in touch and reference your previous order when you're ready to reorder.

For the best print quality, we recommend submitting artwork as a high-resolution PDF (print-ready).
We also accept:
- JPEG or PNG — minimum 300dpi at the card's actual print size
Please avoid low-resolution images pulled from websites or social media, as these often print blurry or pixelated. If you're not sure your file meets the requirements, send it over and we'll check it before printing.
We do our best to match your brand colours as closely as possible, but please note that colours can appear slightly different when moving from a screen (RGB) to print (CMYK), as printing uses a different colour process than digital displays. For the most accurate match, we recommend providing your colours as CMYK values rather than just a screenshot — this gives us the most reliable starting point for matching.
We supply and print cards with a magnetic strip, but we don't offer encoding (writing data onto the strip) as part of our service. If you need your cards encoded, you'll need to arrange this separately using your own magnetic strip encoder or reader/writer system. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss your magnetic strip requirements before ordering.
Our standard printing uses full-colour CMYK, which can produce colours that look gold or silver on screen, but it doesn't reproduce a true reflective metallic or foil finish. If a metallic look is important for your project, get in touch and we'll be happy to advise on the best way to achieve it.
For the best print quality, please supply your images at a minimum of 300dpi at the size they'll be printed. This ensures your design comes out sharp, clear, and free from pixelation. Avoid using images pulled straight from websites, as these are usually only 72dpi — fine for screens, but too low-resolution for print, and will look blurry or blocky on your finished card. If you're unsure about your artwork quality, check our Artwork Guidelines or get in touch and we'll take a look before you order.
Accounts, Returns & General Help
Yes, we offer credit accounts for regular and trade customers. To apply, please contact us with your business details. Accounts are subject to a credit check and approval, and typically come with payment terms of NET30 from invoice.
We accept payment by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay/Google Pay through our secure checkout.
We also accept bank transfer for larger orders — please contact us to arrange this.
Approvedd credit account holders can pay by invoice — see above.
All online payments are processed securely, and we never store your full card details.
If your cards arrive damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and we'll arrange a free reprint or refund — whichever you prefer.
We may ask for the damaged cards to be returned or disposed of, depending on the situation.
Please keep the original packaging where possible, as this helps us process any claim with our courier.
Because your cards are custom-printed to your specifications, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind once printing has begun, in line with UK distance selling regulations for personalised/bespoke goods.
However, if your cards arrive faulty, damaged, or not matching what was approved (e.g. a printing error on our part), please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a reprint or refund.
Yes, but this depends on how far your order has progressed. If your order hasn't yet entered production, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel and refund it in full.
Once your artwork has been approved and printing has begun, we're unable to cancel or refund the order, as your cards are produced specifically to your specifications.
We recommend double-checking your details and proof carefully before approving, as this is the point at which your order becomes final.
To request a cancellation, contact us with your order number, and we'll confirm whether it's still possible to stop production.
As your cards are custom-printed to your specifications, we're unable to offer refunds for orders that have entered production, even if you no longer need them.
If your order hasn't yet started production, please contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to cancel and refund.
