Do you work with trade customers?
Yes we do. Please use our Contact Form to discuss your requirements and see if you qualify for a trade account.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to UK only (England, Scotland and Wales). Sorry but we do not offer a service to Northern Ireland.
Returns and Refunds
Personalised items are non-refundable so please ensure you are completely happy with your design before you send it to us for printing. Faulty items will be replaced.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once your order has been received and the images 'proofed' it is not possible to cancel or amend your order.
My artwork file is too big to email – how can I send it to you?
Please contact us and we can advise of free online services where you can upload your file.
How long does it take for a courier to deliver my order?
The delivery times are estimated based upon the delivery service that you select. Please be mindful that these time are estimations and not guaranteed.
