Q: Can I order just one custom plastic card?

A: Yes! Unlike many UK printers, The Card Printing People have no minimum order quantity. You can order a single replacement ID badge or a prototype card with no setup fees.

 

Q: What is the turnaround time for custom card printing?

A: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours from our Scotland-based facility. We offer various shipping options to ensure your cards arrive exactly when you need them.

 

Q: Do you offer design services for ID cards?

A: Absolutely. You can provide your own artwork, or our team can help you format your logo and data to ensure a perfect print every time.

 

Q: Do you work with trade customers?

A: Yes we do. Please use our Contact Form to discuss your requirements and see if you qualify for a trade account.

 

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver to UK only (England, Scotland and Wales).  Sorry but we do not offer a service to Northern Ireland.

 

Q: Can I cancel or amend my order?

A: Once your order has been received and the images 'proofed' it is not possible to cancel or amend your order.

 

Q: My artwork file is too big to email – how can I send it to you?

A: Please contact us and we can advise of free online services where you can upload your file.
